The Communications team typically produces printed programs for Music Department sponsored concerts and recitals that are held in Schoenberg Hall or Royce Hall. For events not held in Schoenberg or Royce halls, the producer of the event is responsible for creating printed programs for their events, with the exception of school-wide or other events assigned by the Dean. This includes programs held in Lani Hall. Musicology Department programs are produced on a case-by-case basis.

Deadlines for Program Information
If your event is held in Schoenberg or Royce halls, and you are requesting a printed program, please send an unformatted word document with your complete program information 3 weeks (15 business days) before the date of your event.

Please note: Bios should be no longer than 150 words per individual.
Due to varying sizes and amounts of requested programs, the school has placed a $750 cap on program costs per event. If the costs for your program are over this cap, your department will be charged for the overages.
